Hotel Paladin Pride

General Rules:
Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid only for the New Year's Eve party on December 31, 2025, at Hotel Paladin Pride, Naidupet. Entry permitted from 7 PM; event ends at 10 PM. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove disruptive guests without refund.

Inclusions:

• Entry includes unlimited non-veg buffet, big screen & music, and fireworks display (weather/approval permitting).

Safety Instructions

• Follow all staff directions; no running, pushing, or overcrowding on dance floor or buffet areas.

• Minors under 18 must be accompanied by adults; valid ID required for all guests over 18.

• Smoking/vaping prohibited indoors; use only designated outdoor areas. No open flames or personal fireworks.

• Stay hydrated; water stations provided. Report any medical issues to staff immediately.

• No climbing on furniture, railings, or decorations. Supervise children at all times.

• In case of emergency, proceed calmly to marked exits, follow staff guidance, and assemble at designated safe zones outside the premises.

• CCTV surveillance in operation for security; cooperate with security checks at entry.

• Hotel Paladin Pride and organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Secure valuables at own risk; no storage facilities provided.

• Guests enter at their own risk. No liability for injuries from fireworks, dancing, slipping, or other activities.

• Hotel not liable for weather-related cancellations or disruptions; no refunds issued.

• Comply with local laws; illegal substances, weapons, or disruptive behavior strictly prohibited—offenders will be handed to authorities.

• Management may close areas or end event early for safety reasons without prior notice or compensation.

• By attending, guests agree to indemnify the hotel against any claims arising from non-compliance.
